Shape Up Boot Camp is a heart pounding, outdoor, boot camp style workout. Classes utilize high intensity cardio, body weight and sandbag resistance exercises, core and stability training, and endurance training.
Shape Up workouts are designed for everyone! Every exercise can be modified to fit any fitness level so everyone is welcome-from the beginner to the advanced.
Since the human body adapts very easily to one type of exercise, every workout is different to prevent your body from hitting a plateau. I train your body to work as it does in daily life, that is something that gym machines cannot do.
The first class is FREE and classes after that are 10$. You can also buy a 5 class pass for 45$ or a 10 class pass for 80$.
