Sheffield R Meetup - September - Welcome back + Biodiversity Hack launch

The Sheffield R group returns after a short hiatus for the summer. This month we are delighted to welcome Tom August from the National Biodiversity Network. Tom is going to talk about the "rnbn" package, which allows easy access to the wealth of open data held by the Network.

But there's more! We are also very excited to announce the first details of the SheffieldR hackathon event which will be taking place in the new year - and will be focussed on the NBN datasets. This event will be a great opportunity to network with fellow R users and learners and will be open to all regardless of experience.
