Twice Monthly Drop-in Shiatsu classes.
Thursday evenings 6.30-9pm, £10 per class or '5 for £40'. Everyone is welcome.

Unit 3 Thane Works, Thane Villas, Finsbury Park, N7 7NU

Suitable for those with or without experience. These classes are led by BSS-Do teachers and offer an opportunity to learn and practise Shiatsu bodywork technique and Oriental Medicine theory. Classes are very practical and everyone has a chance to give and receive treatments. Teachers adapt each class according to the needs and requests of class members.
