NeuroIgniter Program Level 1 session - start of 3 one day a week sessions - open

We will have our meeting on the 2nd floor near the Shoreline Cafe at Shoreline Church in Fountain Valley - this event is a for Level 1 introductory session that will run for 3 weeks - one day a week.

Wear casual attire, There will be some light physical stretching and movements so that you can integrate your (MBBf) Mind/Brain/Body Framework to accelerate the building of new brain cell "chunks". There is no jumping around nor sweating - just stretching and very simple movements
