This week please join the Loma Prieta Sierra Singles (about 6-12 folks not signed up on meetup) as we will have the mid-week conditioning hike at Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserve. We will hike along rolling hills of oaks and chaparral while also going past 2 lakes on this hike. If the fog is around, it can be cold. so bring layers. If the air is fog free, we may get a nice view to the Pacific Ocean. This hike is about 5 miles with about 750 feet elevation gain. We move at a fast pace, needing to be out of the park just after sunset, although waiting at trail junctions for a head count, so this is not considered a beginning hike.
Heavy rain cancels. Event covers 5-6 miles, with 700 feet of elevation. Wear sturdy hiking shoes, carry water and bring layers for uncertain weather.
Meet at carpool location at 280 and Page Mill Road at 6pm, or the OSP parking lot at 6:30pm
