O: Please join us on an adventure into Tarzana and the whole San Fernando Valley after dark. This evening hike will feature mostly fire road trail and a switchback trail consisting of five miles covered in two hours with 800 feet elevation gained. This hike will provide you with the unique opportunity to see your neighborhoods in a new light - literally and figuratively. Participants should wear good, lug soled shoes, wear appropriate clothing for the weather, bring one liter of water, and a flashlight. Meet at the Southern Top of Reseda, five stop signs past Ventura Blvd @ the chain link fence where the Braude park sign is. There will be a short walk up the blvd to the trailhead.
