Kayak/Snorkel Garden Cove, Key Largo

This is a trip not to be missed. Crystal clear waters, beautiful scenery and great company.

We will launch at Garden Cove and head out to Rattlesnake Key, where we can do some snorkeling, then we let the tide take us through a maze of mangrove channels and a section of largo sound before we get "sucked in" through the channel that connects Largo Sound to Florida Bay.

It's going to be about 6.5 miles of easy paddling. We've done this trip many times and everyone that participated....... absolutely loved it.

We will be meeting at Florida Bay Outfitters, Phone: 305 461 3018. Calling them in advance and making reservations will be a very good idea.

Florida Bay Outfitters will shuttle the rental kayaks to our launching site without charging any extra fee.

Remember to bring a hat, snacks, sun screen, bug repellent, water and water shoes.
