Social media is still a new field and there are no experts. If you think you are a social media guru, this group is not for you.

The purpose of this group is:

1. To bring together like-minded social media aficionados in Silicon Valley to learn from each other (the good, the bad, the ugly) and network, online and at monthly dinners at Silicon Valley restaurants (you pay for your own food/drink)

2. To plan and execute periodic (at least quarterly) presentations/ panels on social media topics

This is not a place for social media vendors to pitch their products, but vendors are otherwise welcome.
