Details
Hello OpenStack Opers and Happy New Year!
I am very excited to announce our first meetup for 2016. The featured speaker will be Kevin Metz of Canonical who will walk us through using Juju (https://jujucharms.com/) to power Machine As A Service (http://www.ubuntu.com/cloud/maas)(MaaS) deployments in OpenStack.
Kevin has been working as a Cloud Consultant for Canonical (https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjvnMub-KrKAhVPwWMKHRN3BbQQFggtMAE&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.canonical.com%2F&usg=AFQjCNGnBhrE014Rx0d00S-CZgff-AGCRw&sig2=_AAuBbH28D9QNIKC0TczDQ&bvm=bv.112064104,d.cGc) over three years now. Linux and OpenSource have been the focus of most of his career.

Speaking of the facility, we will hosted by QCT (http://www.qct.io/) (Quanta Cloud Technology) based in San Jose near Montague expressway and 880 (https://www.google.com/maps/place/QCT+LLC.+(Quanta+Cloud+Technology)/@37.3990269,-121.9122497,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x808fc63152d5e073:0x4dc0176870a022df). This venue is the newly-opened and exclusive QCT Cloud Solution Center where you can explore and test hyper-converged infrastructure hardware and solutions from the cloud datacenter experts. We are very thankful to QCT for opening their space to us.
