Learn to Meditate for Teens and Young Adults (ages 13-20)

Meditation is a personal journey and a path of social transformation. Learn to meditate, and naturally grow your confidence, mindful awareness, and compassion.

This workshop is a three hour program that will help you learn how to do sitting and walking meditation, how to set up a personal meditation practice, and how to connect with other meditators, if you would like company on your journey.

Bob Presnall has been practicing meditation for over 35 years and is a long time student of Chogyam Trungpa and Sakyong Mipham. He has taught meditation to people of all ages: children, teens, young and old adults, and retired adults. He is currently the regional Head of Education for Northern California Shambhala.


Fee: $10 with generosity policy
