Hi Fellow Entrepreneurs,
Sorry for the spam, but thought to share this as there might
be people interested in it, esp with the economy not doing well.
I have been working an ecommerce startup, I found that
we needed a physical store badly to get wholesale approved from some
good brands. While looking for various ways of owning a physical store, I
ran into a very
interesting opportunity of running a free 'franchise store". There is
one just opened in Cupertino, the chain is paying for all the cost,
rent, utilities and inventory, as the store owner, or more precisely
operator, one gets paid 8%-16% of the gross sale, which for is about
$10k-$20k per month, depending on the how good the store is running. Of
course this sounds almost too good to be true, the catch is that one has
to build a customer base (membership like Costco) and reach some sales
volume (bring buyers to shop at existing stores) before one can apply
for opening a new store, but it's the only way of opening a store
without any investment and risk. The store is selling products in health
and beauty, personal care, food supplement, kitchenware, clothes and is
expanding to organic food. If you don't
want to run a store, you can still earn some income doing referrals.
If you're interested in knowing more about it, let me know.
