Free SilverStripe developer training - Jumpstart course

If you're a new developer wanting to learn SilverStripe in a hands on environment then grab your spot at our Jumpstart Developer training course. Usually this course costs £500 but we're running complimentary courses to celebrate the recent opening of SilverStripe London!

SilverStripe's CEO and original lead developer, Sam Minnée, will be leading a 1-day training courses to help newcomers quickly learn SilverStripe. SilverStripe Jumpstart is a 1-day introductory course designed to introduce web developers to the basic concepts of building sites with SilverStripe CMS. This includes setting up a development environment, installing SilverStripe and modules from composer, creating behaviour-driven page types and templates, customising the CMS user interface, building forms and working with data-driven content.

Jumpstart will highlight best-practices, arm the developer with a useful vocabulary and provide a solid knowledge base to aid further learning about SilverStripe CMS and Framework. To get the most value out of this course, you should already be familiar with PHP. If you are not, we suggest that you take an online tutorial before coming on the course.

Please bring: Your own Mac, Windows, or Linux laptop, with a SilverStripe development environment installed.
