Why did I start Singapore Introverts Meetup Group?
Most meetup groups are catered to extroverts and those that cater for introverts have questionable or hidden agendas. Being introvert, I find meetup events are held in uncomfortable venues or catered for big crowd that retards our introversion. That is why, Singapore Introverts Meetup (SIM) is organised by introvert for introverts.
What sort of goals or aspirations do we have?
We aspire to be a real-life-people group that connects on face-to-face, social media, mobile and online basis that is critically recognised by all walk of life in Singapore for introverts.
What do we hope this group will be like 6 months down the road?
Reach 500 Introverts and growing because Introverts can think, feel, and see positive return on their membership in the group. Because of the growth, we may create subgroups based on estates or neighbourhoods.
What do we expect of Introverts?
Golden Rule: One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself.
Silver Rule: One should not treat others in ways that one would not like to be treated.
Meetup Rule: Participate, comment, discuss, suggest, volunteer, RSVP responsibly, be punctual, and be real person.
