Become a mentor for NodeSchool Singapore

We need more mentors for NodeSchool Singapore! Let's make some.

If you have some real node/js experience and would like to become a mentor for the Sunday NodeSchool session, me and Wei are going to run a mini-NodeSchool at our place to level up some developers into mentors.

We're probably going to run through functional-javascript-workshop and learnyounode, and maybe stream-adventure.
