Would you like to learn how to cook a scrumptious but simple roast chicken dinner?

For this mid week party, preparing a comforting American roast chicken dinner, something you can easily recreate for the family, or a close bunch of friends. Learn Mervyn's simple recipe for roasted chicken that works! Create 2 homemade sides of coleslaw and roasted herbed potatoes to eat together with the delicious chicken.

In addition, we are also baking corn muffin and serving coke floats as a drink.
