Immerse yourself in an ocean of healing frequencies in this workshop facilitated by Sound Healing Practitioners Marta Lyszkiewicz and Anne Walsh.

Beginning with voice, movement & energy exercises to align heart, mind & body and establish a harmonic coherence in the rhythms of the body. Toning IS Meditation through sound. The Cranio-Sacral Pulse, Breath & Heartbeat when aligned have a harmonic relationship which allows the stillpoint to be experienced. So let's co-create a soundscape and sing ourselves to a standstill! ...then, lie your self down in the ever-accepting embrace of Mother Earth for a Soundbath with Gong, Tibetan bowls and other assorted sound healing instruments, allowing the healing vibrations to wash all the tensions from your body. The force of gravity will do the rest. You know you need this!

Come prepared for an experience of serious relaxation. Yoga mats are available to lie on, but bring a blanket for the Soundbath as your temperature will drop during deep relaxation.

About the SoundBath experience:

Sound can break through patterns, negative and traumatic experiences that are carried in the body. During sound healing, the sounds penetrate the physical and the energetic bodies dissolving tension and moving blocked energy. The sound practitioner must be skilled and have a wide vocabulary of frequencies to enable this to happen. The outcome also depends on the willingness and readiness of the receiver as well.

IMPORTANT: Sound healing is NOT recommended for people with the following conditions: pacemaker, inflammation, tumor, within 6 months of surgery or in the first trimester of pregnancy.
