What brings you to Sound Healing & Voice Work?

Singing and listening to sound involves being fully occupied with what is arising in the present moment. This is a bit like giving a dog a bone - it occupies our fear-activated left brain, allowing us to transcend dualism and separation and to experience a sense of unity. Sound is the most effective route I have found to this experience. I have found that singing in groups is the most effective, efficient and fun way for people to become more integrated and develop a positive connection with each other. I want to support people to connect with their creativity and liberate their authentic voices
