Hi Sebastian. There is no fee for attending. Donations are requested, after your first visit -- so you can try an evening on us. The meetings go from 7:30 to 9:30PM give or take. The group meetings are designed to support people who are suffering grief in the loss of a relationship due to divorce. It is peer support, and there is a topic, led by our coordinator. Discussions are facilitated by trained members who have moved past the biggest part of their grief and feel the desire to give back to the group. If you have any other questions, feel free to message me or any of our facilitators.

Most of us find that we need to set boundaries, at some point in our process. Somewhere along the line someone wants to take advantage of another's good nature, or they cross a line assuming nothing has changed, but it has. It is a process of educating the other person, sometimes. I think we all find that good boundaries are invaluable. Without them, we could feel doomed to be set back to square one, with every interaction with our soon to be ex. The best boundaries are the ones that work for us, and hopefully for the other person, but mostly for us, because a change will not be received well at first, but in the interest of healing, boundaries are best treated as and enforced with the same definitiveness as property lines. It becomes possible to make progress, getting off square one.
