Uri Pachter
Uri Pachter is Director of International Projects, Target Countries & Automotive Dept. at The Israel Export Institute (IEICI). In 2005, after working as a lawyer in the private sector for 10 years, Pachter joined the public sector. Pachter is a contributing member in a number of public councils, including the Advisory Board to the General Director of The Israel Laboratory Accreditation Authority.

Eddie Bet-Hazavdi
An expert on energy efficiency and conservation, Renewable Energy and Smart Cities, Eddie Bet-Hazavdi has been working for Israel's Ministry of Energy and Water Resources since 1986. Currently, Bet-Hazavdi is hard at work on implementing a 2020 energy master plan to reduce 20% of electricity consumption in Israel and establishing a platform for smart cities in Israel. Bet-Hazavdi serves as an active member in various committees, including the Advisory Board of Barcelona Smart Cities Congress and Expo.

Sharonna Karni Cohen
Adept in social entrepreneurship and creative leadership, Sharonna Karni Cohen is the CEO and Founder of Dreame and Co-Founder of "Streets". Dreame is a web platform to log and create from your dreams, inspire insights and bring thoughts to life through art and science. Karni Cohen's nonprofit projects include “Once I Was a House” in Caesarea where 80 artists, mainly from Tel Aviv, transformed a villa into works of art using the materials of the house, selling over 80% of the creations. “Streets” is a current project with another 20 Tel Aviv based entrepreneurs creating the first ever crowd-sourced book on the history of Tel Aviv-Yafo through the narrative of street names.

LIORA SHECHTER
After 21 years of service in the Israeli Defense Forces, Liora Shechter retired and is now Chief Information Officer at Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality. As CIO, one of Shechter's main challenges includes developing a fresh, holistic and integrated approach to increase the interaction between the City and the resident, known as "DigiTel". The "DigiTel" Residents Club is run by the ICT Division of Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, which develops most of its own products and employs a few hundred people.

Zohar Sharon
As Chief Knowledge Officer at Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, Sharon is responsible for all internal knowledge exchange platforms, for the content of the municipal website and for "DigiTel" Residents Club – a special holistic project geared to further enhance the bond between the City and the resident. Zohar Sharon is also the recipient of several national Knowledge Management awards.
