We like meeting new people interested in growing on a personal level by discovering and removing the impediments to the fulfilling life that we all deserve. For those who want to go beyond the techniques discussed during the meet ups, then they can speak with me privately.

Shinead Corrigan

Is a award winning Life Coach and Image Consultant, based in Dublin. Her background is both eclectic and challenging , ranging from a  stint in the Royal Navy  as Honorary Midshipman,  to reading  Astrophysics at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.  Shinead has tread the boards with The Gaiety School of Acting , The Bull Alley theatre company and graced the camera for RTE and  the BBC.
She is a qualified hair stylist having trained extensively, perfecting her craft with institutions such as Toni and Guy and in areas  as far reaching as hair replacement. Shinead has worked as a fashion stylist for leading Irish fashion magazines, through her company Rags to Riches,  receiving an honours diploma from Limpert's Academy of Design.
It was a natural progression for Shinead, having the skills already gained and a vivacious curiosity  about personal development to train as a Life Coach  with New Insights, in the UK. She has trained with City and Guilds receiving a higher level diploma specialising in adults with learning disabilities, such as Dyslexia and ADHD.
In her free time Shinead enjoys hiking and in 2007 realised a long standing ambition of scaling Everest Base Camp for the charity Fighting Blindness. She  is a dynamic individual who thrives on challenge and is preparing to launch her own fashion label, in 2012. She has an innate  creativity and her art is exhibited in various locations  around Dublin. Shinead's innovative and goal orientated approach to life is a testament to her capabilities as a Life Coach and  Trainer. Shinead has also written a self help book on adult ADHD, which is soon to be published.
