We will discuss the fundamentals coupled with real-world examples to show you the basics of formal project management; you'll get the theory and core principles necessary to effectively manage projects or participate on project teams. We will review PMBOK® Guide basics, and discuss lessons learned from existing practices. We won't focus on particular software, but on the foundations you must know in order to use any project management software application effectively.
