Let's join the SCAB Ride/ Palomar/Borrego Springs

The November SCAB ride will go up Palomar Mountain and continue to Borrego Springs. From there we'll loop back up through Julian and figure it out from there. If time permits, we may do the Engineer Rd loop and neutral races, or if we're running late just loop back on 79 towards the Hideout and home from there.
