Your answers will be visible to everyone. This is like a resume to tell the other members what you are looking for. This is NOT a "swingers" group so please reflect this in your answer. What does the word polyamory mean to you?

Polyamory means "multiple loves", the ability to have multiple loving, romantic relationships with the full consent of everyone involved. Love without limits. In contrast to other forms of non-monogamy, polyamory focuses on intimate, emotional relationships, not just physical.

Why did you join the polyamory meetup group?

To meet others in the local poly community, share, understand the diversity of poly relationships out there, and explore how we would like our own poly family to evolve over time.

Are you currently involved in a poly relationship? How many individuals in your "tribe"?

Yes, we're a loving and committed "V" family and possibly in the process of growing (too soon to tell yet ;).

Do you have any children? What are their ages? (helps in planning activities)

What would your ideal poly relationship look like?

My ideal is a combined polyfi family in which everyone is equal, lives and shares our lives together, best friends as well as lovers, raises children together, and has incredible fun traveling, doing shares activities, and otherwise living our lives to the fullest. What? You said: "ideal"! That said, we're open to the possibilities. It would be wonderful to have another special person join our family, even have children together, but it would also be nice to have a romantic activity partner with shared interests. It could be a separate pair-bonded type of relationship (with full knowledge & consent, of course), or even one of us joining their family. There's so many possibilities and it really depends on the people involved.

I'm in a open and committed poly "V" family, meaning there's three of us, we're life partners, and we're open to the possibilities of more down the road. I'm exploring the poly community in LA to find other like-minded soulmates and make new friends.
