Because the meeting notice went out late (because of a glitch that had to
be ironed out with the restaurant ... that's a "because" squared, or because^2),
our fuse is abnormally short this month.
Please get your check to John by Friday. Yes, THIS Friday. Four days from
now! The speaker and the menu are both spectacular, so don't miss
