I want to thank everyone for proposing events for the group. Please see the discussion forum for our rules and regulations before suggesting an event for the group. We like to meet folks three times before they post an event because they will more than likely become the Host of the event after suggesting. If you want something posted before you've attended three meetups with us, just ask an organizer to post the event for you but you'll want to find an organizer who will host with you.

Also when you suggest an event, here are a few things to keep in mind.
-Add a short but descriptive title.
-Add where to find you and/or were to meet.
-Add a description of the event
-Add any cost
-We require that you have attended at least 3 events with us.
-If possible, please post the event at least 1 week in advance.
-Ideally, we would have an even spread throughout the month. If you need to double up on a weekday (ie 2 events in one day) or even 3x+ on a weekend don't worry too much.
Once you've made a suggested event, one of our organizer will need to approve the event. To get approved the organizer will not only look at the event and details, they will also have to vouch for you. So its a good idea to know at least one of our organizers.
If approved, the organizer will announce the event and make you the host. The host has access to meetup admin tool (ie email members that RSVP, edit the event, etc.) for that event.
