Welcome to So Cal Active! Our organizers work hard to bring you top quality adventure, fitness, and social events in SoCal, primarily in the Orange County area.

If you are single, coupled, married, new in town, looking to get out more this is the group for you! Come join us for great fun, socializing, and making new friends!

Meet other ACTIVE people for: cocktails, dancing, dining, live music events, beach activities, art galleries, weekend getaways, yoga, tennis, kayaking, golf, hiking, biking, karoke, house parties, surfing...just to name a few! We cover ALL of Orange County, in addition to LA and San Diego.

To join our group you MUST fill out the Online Personal Introduction Form and please upload a photo of yourself. If you have any comments or questions please feel free to contact any of our organizers! WELCOME!!!

- In some cases we are looking for people to become Assistant Organizers (create, edit and manage a large variety of activities and the group), Event Organizers (create, edit and manage multiple events), and Event Hosts (Edit and manage one specific event at a time).  Please let us know if you have any interest!

Have fun, remember we require a picture of you in your profile, and act in a courteous manner to all people in the group!  Please remember when RSVP-ing Yes to change your RSVP to No if you are not going to attend the event.  It can be very challenging for organizers of many events if people do not attend!  Also, I look forward to hearing from you about positive experiences as well as learning what you feel we can improve!

Due to the nature of social and athletic activities, risk of injury and social faux pas,  you will not be approved to join the group until after you agree to accept personal responsibility for your participation and protecting yourself in the group and agree not to sue the organizer or people on the leadership team in relation to occurrences before, during, and/or after a Meetup event.  Anyone choosing to decline to accept personal liability and and decline the waiver while participating in this group is in violation of the group charter and as such would be participating without consent of the organizer and leadership team.
