How can Psychology help us relate better to ourselves, our friends, families and colleagues?

Let's explore psychology in a social way! From the science of happiness, relationships, and personal growth to the mysteries of unconscious mental processes, we explore it all. Once a month, at least 20 of us get together and someone gives a short presentation, followed by a discussion.

The group is run entirely by unpaid volunteers and is free to join. If you find the sessions useful, we welcome donations to help with our running costs.

Learn to understand hidden thought processes and how we can grow and change.

Our members are interested in understanding human minds and behaviour. The group is independent of any religious, political or commercial organization.

The group grew out of the Transactional Analysis Association of Singapore, however the groups interests have grown and now span across many other fields of Psychology, and is especially interested in areas that are easy to digest and/or directly relevant to the general public and everyday life.
