SoccerSculpt is an innovative fitness program that combines “old school” soccer conditioning and the latest advances in health and sports science.
How do we do this?
Each SoccerSculpt session begins with active and dynamic stretching to improve flexibility, followed by high intensity cardiovascular drills, Speed Agility and Quickness (SAQ) routines, plyometrics, core-stabilization training, and finishes with targeted muscle toning and abdominal work.
Do I need to have played Soccer before?
Absolutely not! Although some of the cardio drills do involve ball work, SoccerSculpt is dedicated to getting you in great shape in a fun environment regardless of your fitness level or soccer ability. SoccerSculpt allows you to train and condition like a top soccer player, but the focus is not on playing the game itself. Although, on Saturday mornings we encourage participants to stay after the training session and have a quick game.

NOTE: For Alta Plaza Park weekday workouts, please wear your running shoes, not cleats, as we will be doing off-grass training as well.
