About the Facilitator: Jessica Engle, MFT helps single men, socially anxious adults, and couples build satisfying relationships and happier lives.  She is a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she received an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Drama Therapy. She completed a practicum at Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley, CA, where she provided drama and talk therapy to adolescents, adults, and geriatrics battling depression, anxiety, addiction, life crises, suicidality, and psychosis.  She went on to complete her internship at the Living Arts Counseling Center in Emeryville, CA helping hundreds of people overcome social, dating, and relationship difficulties.  Jessica looks forward to helping you gain greater social ease and relationship satisfaction.
