Social Events for Musicians Seeking Musicians

This is a musicians collective with the intent to hold approachable social events so that musicians may find others of a similar sound, ethos, and ambition with which to connect.

I feel it is especially important that this, unlike groups of a similar vein on the site, remains active and maintains an immensely affable atmosphere so that artists of various backgrounds and levels of skill feel very comfortable attending an event. This is an excellent resource for musicians new to the city (or long-time residents for that matter) trying to find musical friends and those seeking persons with which to "jam" or explore creating/joining a music project while in good company and better cheer. Details may be adjusted once we have a few past events under our belts and finding whether neutral grounds or a house event that accommodates bringing instruments would be more suitable (or some combination of the two).
