Lets face it, with all that happens fitting fitness into a busy work and social life can be harder to do than the workout itself.
Health and Fitness is a lifestyle not just an activity. Make friends and activity partners at the same time. Whether you are into the gym scene, yoga, cross fit, run, bike, swim, do Pilates, or whatever… Bring your energy to the events that range from working out to going out. Broadening our health horizons and having a good times with great people is what happens here.
Join us for some good exercise and improving health while also going out socially on Friday and Saturday nights, wine tastings, parties, good times, and more..
Generally, there will be various meetup's to talk about our health & fitness goals along with offering accountability and support to reach them. Influence and motivate each other by sharing what works and what doesn't work, talk about nutrition, and exercise, etc.
Also, meet ups like healthy grocery shopping expeditions, potlucks, healthy dinner and wine parties, group workouts, affiliate promotional parties, active volunteering, BBQ’s, Volleyball, Kickball, Softball, Climbing, Hiking, Camping, exploring what this area has to offer, and lots of other active fun!
