How to not suck at code reviews?

Details

• Do you review code in your team?

• Do you practice pair programming?

• How do you share knowledge?

• Are you happy with your current Code Quality?

Great teams continuously improve their knowledge, code quality and way of working. So, one of the great skills any developer should have is being able to look at someone else's code and do a code review in a constructive and helpful manner.

If you've ever been subjected to something like this, you'll know what I mean.

We're going to teach each other how to do a code review and how to do it well (or at least, how to suck less when you're doing one).

Things that are happening that meetup evening: doing a review exercise, discuss approaches and tools. How to communication in a review? Co-located vs distributed reviews? How does the perfect code review look like? and more...

Where do we practice?
