KBA Lecture by Mr. Harel Ram

Mr. Harel Ram will give a lecture about KBA: Knowledge Base Authentication.

During the previous millenium you had a personal, close, face to face contact with your banker. Nowadays you have huge call centers responsible for your connection with your bank, health care centers, etc, so it is chalenging to authenticate your identity when calling such a center.

Harel will talk about new methods to authenticate callers by using large and distributed knowledge bases. He will introduce advanced algorithms to verify that the caller is indeed who she claims to be, even if her wallet and personal IDs were taken. He will also explain how to avoid false positive and false negative identification. Finally he will show how, even with such technology, to protect your priceless perosnal information.
