Cambridge Meetup - Neil Younger: Lean Coffee for your test meetings

Details
The Cambridge Tester Meetup Group is very happy to have Neil Younger talk about why DisplayLink need (Lean) Coffee with their test meetings.
We'll start in the evening with Neil's talk about Lean Coffee and how it can be used to structure test team meetings. After talk and discussion we'll follow up directly with a Lean Coffee session!
Many thanks to Neil for sharing his experience with us and to DisplayLink for hosting the event and sponsoring drinks!
Will be looking forward to see you all there!
What: Why DisplayLink need (Lean) Coffee with their test meetings.
I will be discussing why and how we use the Lean Coffee (http://leancoffee.org/) format for our test meetings. I'll talk about Lean Coffee in general, how we adapted it for our needs, how we are still using it 2 years on, and how our test meetings suck a lot less than they used to. I’ll cover our experiments with the lean coffee format, included what worked well for us and what didn’t.
