Welcome to SOLFüD. This is the meetup where you learn the tricks of the vegan and raw food trade from a professional chef and nutritional counselor, Heidi VanPelt-Belle. I have 15 years experience which began in Seattle then moved to Los Angeles where I hosted two "underground" vegan and raw restaurants.
I currently host workshops and dinners at the FüD House until we open an official restaurant at 813 W.17th St., KCMO 64108 very very soon!
If you're also interested in Weight Management or Nutritional Counseling I offer workshops for individuals or groups. Check your emails for upcoming classes or just check back at this site if you've decided to not receive the meetup emails.
