Where: Solid State Depot 5311 Western Ave, Suite 115 Boulder, CO
Why: To answer (hopefully) all the questions you have about Arduino, and potentially getting you started (or finished) with an Arduino project.
How Much: Free! This is a BYOB (Bring your own board) event open to members and non-members alike.
Details:
You've heard the name, now it's time to get in the game. Arduino night will focus solely on working with Arduinos, the now world-famous microcontroller.
Whether you've recently bought an Arduino and have no clue where to start, you've got a half-finished project sitting around, or you've been playing with Arduinos for years and just want to share your skills, this is your opportunity to get your feet wet.
This will be an informal gathering where myself and others will be present to go over all things Arduino. This is NOT a formal class/workshop, and you will be responsible for bringing your own supplies. At the very least you will need
a laptop an Arduino (any variation of the Arduino is welcome) a USB cable (whichever one is best suited for your particular Arduino) and any other sensors, motors, widgets, etc. you plan to hook up to it. SSD members and non-members are welcome to come and pick the brains of those who know Arduino like the back of their hand.
