Are you not as productive a songwriter as you’d like? Do you think you get in your own way? This two and a half hour workshop, led by psychologist Andrea Neal, PhD, will teach cognitive-behavioral techniques to help you become more productive and consistent, and thus, more creative. Here are some things we’ll work on:
- Learn how to set up routines, your work space, and your time
- Learn about and practice setting up reasonable and meaningful goals and how to reward yourself for accomplishing them
- Identify and dispute inaccurate beliefs about yourself or your work that are getting in your way.
Andrea is NOT an artist, but does live with one, and she has a host of psychological tricks (based on good science) to help you get things done in your musical career.
