Will Streich, Economic Research and Workforce Initiatives Fellow at the Sonoma Economic Development Collaborative (Sonoma EDC), will provide an inside look at the economic landscape of Sonoma County and what it means for local real estate investors.
Drawing from his work in economic research, development, and housing markets, Will will discuss the factors influencing local development, community rejuvenation, and property appreciation—and how investors can work alongside local government agencies and programs to help address Sonoma County's affordable housing challenges.

About Will:
Will Streich joined the Sonoma EDC as the Economic Research and Workforce Initiatives Fellow after serving as a Research Assistant for the Department of Economics at Cal Poly Humboldt, where he earned his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration.
His previous research included investigating the activity of institutional investors in the Humboldt County residential housing market. He also previously worked with the NorCal Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at its regional lead center in Arcata.
Will has a strong interest in economic development and is excited to apply his research and economic expertise to the Sonoma County community.
