Come join us on Tuesday evening for some outdoor Laughter Yoga fun!

Laughter Yoga is called yoga because of the breathing - not because of the poses. Nobody is going to be twisting themselves into a pretzel, and nobody needs a mat -- though you may want a towel to lay on for the meditation at the end.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water and be open to doing some laughter exercises together.

Laughter Yoga is actually aerobic exercise! And you will feel much more energized after a laughter yoga "workout"

It's not about being funny, though you will have fun. Your body doesn't know if you're laughing for real or if you're faking it, though when you laugh intentionally, often it quickly turns into genuine laughter.

Laughter Yoga also has many health benefits like boosting your immune system, lowering your blood pressure, reducing stress hormones, and elevating your mood.

Note there is a parking lot on Main St (Rt 113) between Harrison Ave and Clarion Ave next to Caruso restaurant.
