Is a free-style ecstatic dance experience. The music is our guide taking us on an individual journey within the sacred container of community.
During this time of transformation, we use free style dance as a powerful tool for restoring, awakening and releasing for the pure experience of JOY.

We dance barefoot or soft-soled shoes. No fragrance.
The first 45 minutes is a warm-up. To release the day while warming our bodies. We then set an intention or "teaching" for the hour Journey ahead.
We play an eclectic mix of music from around the world that sets the atmosphere for creative expression through movement.
The community is a lovely mix of dancers. People gather for different reasons, some to lose weight, some to connect with others, and yet for others for the direct experience with Source.
All are welcome.

60 minute journey. The music is mixed starting slowly, rising with beats then we come back down into stillness.
