Bring some Rhythm & Sound into your Summer!!
2 day workshop of drumming, sound therapy & more
Saturday will be African / world rhythms all day.
There'll be rhythms for djembe, conga maybe a bit of samba !
Starting at 10am finishing at 4pm with time for breaks & lunch.
Sunday is a chill out day
Starting with a Sound Meditation in the morning
After lunch there'll be a "Drum Therapy" session
Followed by a drumcircle to finish.
The whole weekend is an ideal chance to try out some drumming or sound therapy or both!
You can do both days or just one, it's up to you
Cost is €35 per day or €60 for both days !
