I don't know how to gauge...but I would imagine on a good day...I'm medium....I just can't move as well as I should.
I hit 3 or 4 times a week... I would love to get where I could play 4 or 5 times a week.
Saturday and Sunday.... Some Thursday and Friday night.
53 years old.. looking to improve my tennis game and learn how to be injury free PLEASE. looking for exercise
Everything is great about this workout. I'm really glad I found it and I'm meeting people to hit with at other times. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to exercise and improve their tennis game.
