With the holidays fast approaching and my being out of town quite a bit, I will probably not schedule another meetup until the holiday season is past. I want to thank everyone for their support this past year and wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and a happy and peaceful Holiday Season.

This meetup group is for the photography enthusiast; young and old, novice to professional, film or digital, point and shoot or DSLR. Our group is not a photography club in the traditional sense, but more of a loose, social gathering for people here in the Miami-Dade area who are interested in getting together to meet, have fun, and share their enjoyment of photography.

Our Meetup Group is meant to get you out shooting, discussing, and sharing. Our goal is to meetup at least monthly to flex our creative muscles with….

a. meetups for anyone that wants to be outdoors, shooting nature and wildlife.
b. Photowalks - practice shooting on location while enjoying the local sites and scenery.
c. Museum and gallery outings - check out photography exhibitions of interest around town.
d. Photo opportunities at special events and festivals.
e. Points of interest in South Florida.
