Our organization purpose is to bring all data platform and analytical professionals in the South Florida area together for the purposes of providing educational and networking sessions, not only in the technical aspects but in all areas that can help us elevate and grow our careers.
We encourage, help and coach create the next generation of leaders and promote our own speakers just in case you'd like to start sharing your knowledge with the community.
Our group have regular monthly meetings and also organize and participate in many local technical groups and events.
Our meetings are usually on the 3rd. Wednesday of each month and begin at 6:00pm. with refreshments and networking, followed by our educational sessions promptly at 6:30pm.
SFSSUG also runs the "SQL Saturday conference" every year, one of the biggest Data Platform conferences in the South Florida area. Our events are free and open to anyone who wishes to attend.
