Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to clarify some information about events that are scheduled at a private location (such as someone's house). In situations like these, we do not publicly post the address or phone number unless the event host does it him or herself. Actually, we don't even want it publicly posted then.

We will always send out the necessary information to the people who need it, but everything on the post boards is visible to everyone and anyone, even if they are not a member of the group. If anyone ever needs details on an event (where it is, how to get there), please directly email either Chris, myself, or the person listed as event host and they will get you the information.

This is done both for privacy and security reasons. Yes, we realize this information is not really "private" but it is at least less public this way.
