Hi everyone,

This isn't an "official" event yet, but I'm working on it.  I have to iron out my schedule first though.

We have had an interesting offer from a new member of our group.  He will be driving a fire truck in the Bursnville Fire Muster parade and has offered to let members of the group ride on the fire truck during the parade, if they would like.

As I said, I'm not sure yet if I will be taking him up on  the offer or not, but let me know if you are interested and I will get it posted.

Here's what Dan said:

I'll be driving a fire truck this coming saturday (September 10, 2011) in the parade, so if anyone from the meetup would like to join Theresa and I, the lineup starts at 10AM and the parade begins at 11AM, last apprx an hour. We'll be driving an ex-St. Anthony Village Yellow Fire Pumper from the 1970's. I drove and rode on this truck when I was on the fire department long, long, ago...

After the parade, their are carnival rides, ice skating, demonstrations, live bands and fireworks in the evening, etc.
