Reflective Hike

Experience the peace and spiritual connection that comes from being quietly in nature. We will practice some walking meditation, with breaks to have lunch, share poetry and write some reflections. The hike is a 4 mile loop on the north side of Raven Rock. The loop is easy to moderate difficulty, and does have some hills and a couple of small stream crossings.

Depending on weather conditions, there may be some mud. Since this is a bridle trail, we will be hopping over horse apples! Bring a journal, a favorite poem, some water and lunch if desired. Vault toilets are available at the trailhead. No hiking experience needed.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to update your RSVP if you are unable to attend. This meetup will only occur if we get THREE attendees or more. You are welcome to bring friends or family (no littles though, sorry!), just note the number of people in your RSVP.
