Release stress, loosen tight muscles and renew yourself with a healing, meditative Yoga practice. We will explore asana (physical poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), chanting and guided meditation. This is a moderate, open level class that is suitable for all levels of practitioners. Don't think you are bendy enough? This is the class for you! Jan is a knowledgeable instructor who can modify poses for your physical challenges. Come to this practice and go home for a good night's sleep.
$91 for a 7 week session March 17 - April 28. Drop-in for $15 a class. Cash and checks accepted. Students may make up classes at the Tuesday 6:15pm Mindful Strengthening Yoga class.
