About the Talk

We are pleased to welcome Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) trainer Ahmad Fahmy to Cardiff to introduce the group to the LeSS Framework. Ahmad will cover the scaling dilemma, local optimisation and systems thinking, how to descale an organisation with LeSS and will tell some stories about success and failure.

About the Speaker

Ahmad Fahmy has over 15 years of experience in investment banking technology. He has deep domain knowledge and understanding of how to deliver large scale change/deliveries in complex environments. He is also passionate about volunteering with people and non-profit organizations that are trying to positively change the world.
