Using Tout to create short-form video and share local content

News organizations across the United States are using Tout to produce and share video in real time, and they are looking for their audience to get involved. Whether you stumble across a breaking news event or you're at a community festival or want to reply to a movie review or opinion piece with your own statement, Tout is a tool you can use on your smartphone or computer with web camera to interact with the media and reach a wider audience.
